Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the services and products provided by Leso, a salon studio leasing and beauty product brand. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms 1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "you," "your," or "user") and Leso ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our salon studio leasing services and beauty products. 1.2. By accessing our services, including but not limited to the leasing of salon studios and purchase of beauty products, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.
Salon Studio Leasing 2.1. Leso offers salon studio leasing services to licensed beauty professionals (referred to as "tenants") for the purpose of operating their individual beauty businesses. 2.2. The lease terms, including the duration, rent, and other conditions, will be specified in a separate lease agreement between Leso and the tenant. 2.3. Tenants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to their beauty business. Leso will not be held responsible for any violations committed by the tenant.
Beauty Products 3.1. Leso offers a range of beauty products for sale through its online platform or physical store. 3.2. The prices, descriptions, and availability of the products are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any orders if necessary. 3.3. By purchasing our beauty products, you agree to use them as intended and follow the provided instructions. Leso is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use of the products. 3.4. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a return or exchange.
Intellectual Property 4.1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, associated with Leso's services and products are owned by Leso or its licensors. 4.2. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of Leso's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability 5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leso, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. 5.2. Leso makes no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through its services or products.
Indemnification 6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold Leso harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or products or any violation of these Terms.
Termination 7.1. Leso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to its services or products at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. 7.2. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of our services and products.
Modifications to Terms 8.1. Leso may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on its website or by notifying users through other means. 8.2. Your continued use of our services or products after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California.
